Bandai
Bandai has been one of the largest toy companies in the world and certainly in Japan, with many subsidiaries like Popy, Banpresto, Unifive and Yutaka. Bandai has licenses with pretty much all the big name TV and movie giants, like Ultraman and Godzilla and of course the Power Rangers - pretty much everything worth anything coming out of Japanese media is represented by Bandai.
Bandai did its first jumbo machinder release under the Bandai logo in 1990 with Five Robo, then continued with the Bandai Creations branded Power Rangers figures - however there are some other oversized figures produced that could be argued to be jumbos. This is the list of what I know about with dates - those that I have are linked and in BOLD.
