Popy No. 7557 ZZ-7 Two-Stage Rocket Punch
This deluxe flying fist shoots twice, once from the wrist and again from the arm. The contents come on a cardboard insert. Interestingly, the fist will not mount to a jumbo arm without the drill and shooting stub mounted first. This is one of my favorite accessories - I just wish they did a left-fist version of it - I've bought several as they are relatively common and have yet to see a left-fist so I believe that was an oversight.

One other thing to note - as I was going
through the various launch fists I realized that there were several
variations of the launcher itself:
L to R: All Yellow, Yellow with Red button, Red with Yellow button, All Red, Mattel Version from Raydeen) |
L to R: All Yellow, Yellow with Red button, Red with Yellow button, All Red, Mattel Version from Raydeen) |
The
launcher particular to this set is the first one from the left. It's
interesting how there are these variants (there's also a blue launcher
provided with Tetsujin 28 that's not pictured and maybe others?).
Some of the
information, corrections and all of the translations were provided by Matt Alt. Thanks Matt! Any new information is welcome.
